THAT is a tornado trying to form. 
I saw it while sitting in the Publix parking lot and started snapping photos, all the while thinking "I WANTED A PHOTO OF A TORNADO, AND NOW I'LL HAVE A KICK-ASS CLOSE-UP!!!"
So I took a bunch of photos of it hoping a small tornado was going to form practically on top of me, but then it didn't and I erased most of the pictures.
But now when I Google 'forming tornado', I find that the photos I snapped after this one were EXACTLY what happens before one forms. >.<
I'm sorry, I had some shots of clouds getting shredded and dragged up into the sky from the ground as well, but when the tornado failed to form I just assumed it was my hopeful imagination playing tricks on me. D8 Maybe next time...
